For all clients, customers, tenants and landlords that we serve. As a way of saying thank you, we want to provide the following incentives for you to get the word out about our services:
Any referral of a BUYER resulting in a house purchase or sale will result in a $250 gift to you, AND an additional $250 to the client you referred us to after closing. AND any buyer who is referred to us by you will not need to pay any additional broker’s fee. For most purchases this would mean that our services to them are free. (Seller normally pays commission)
Any referral of a SELLER resulting in the sale of the house will result in a $250 gift to you, AND a 0.5% reduction in seller’s commission cost. ALSO, if a referral seller is buying a different house locally and we are their agent, they can take off an additional 1% commission off the sale of their home, totaling a 1.5% reduction (Half Off!) (And you still get both buyer and seller $250 gifts for a total of $500)
FOR OUR FLIPS - if we are selling a flip, and you find a buyer who works directly with us (doesn’t already have a buyer’s agent), you earn a $500 referral fee at closing!
If you refer us to a landlord who wants to use us as a property manager, you will receive 10% of the first full month’s rent for that property as a thank you.
Referral bonuses can be in the form of a gift card of your choice, or a donation to a charity of your choice, it’s totally up to you!
The highest compliment you can give me is referring me to someone you know. So thank you again for trusting us as a client, customer, tenant, or landlord, and for getting the word out about the many ways I can help folks with their real estate needs.
